This is the most popular slimming package at Beauty Zone.
The main concept of the package is designed around focussing on one area on your body that you would like to reduce cm's per session. You can focus on that area until you are happy with the results or you can move to different areas but the motivation is seeing a result after focussing on one area for as long as possible.
The Infrared Sauna looks like a sleeping bag, except it heats up and helps to remove toxins, fat from the cavitation as well as excess water. It works on your whole body and is great for cellulite. It leaves you feeling like you had a gym workout.

WHAT IS THE SCARSDALE DIET?
This is one package which has an EATING PLAN.
It is a very strict eating plan that allows for a 1000 calories per day with no substitutuions of any kind and each meal is specifically defined for each of the 14 days.
You eat 3 meals per day.
This is not a lifestyle but a diet to help you lose weight as a quick-fix. You may gain this weight again after a while, especially if you have underlying issues that are making you choose the wrong food.
This is a high protein program that includes fruits and vegetables as well as protein bread.
You are only allowed to be 2 weeks on the program and are not to extend it.
After the 14 days you follow a maintenance plan, which is a more relaxed version of the diet.
It is very simple to follow with no weighing of food.
It is inexpensive as all the fruits and vegetables, meat and protein bread are available to purchase in most stores.
There is no long-term commitment.
You can lose up to 9kg in 14 days.

WHY HCG?
The HCG program consists of a low calorie diet in combination with HCG hormone injections.
The HCG is given with the Scarsdale Diet due to the lowering of the calories to a 1000 per day and it assists with modifying your appetite and eating behaviour and mobilising stored fat.
HCG itself, does not cause weight loss and you will inject a small amount each day for 30 days.
The diet is only for 2 weeks but you will continue with the HCG for another 2 weeks during the maintenance program so that you do not overeat and gain the weight you loss.
In itself this diet allows more calories that the real HCG diet plan where you can only eat 600-800 calories a day. With this diet you are eating more calories and it is shorter than the HCG diet which continues for a month. This is maximum 14 days.

- I do not advertise or promote any of the treatments on this website as a solution for not changing the way you eat or excercising.
- All these treatments need your help.
- If you follow instagram pages or social media where treatments are promoted as quick fixes then rather book your treatments at these salons. I would suggest you check tthe way they measure you as they can give you fake measurements. I have found a number of them doing this.
- I will tell you upfront that there is no quick fix and it is the advertising of other salons/clinics or using of influencers and is not applicable to how any machine or injection works.
- You need to do your research. You need to know before you book Fat Freezing that Fat Freezing only kills up to 25% of Fat Cells, which is what you can pinch with your fingers. You need to know if you don't eat correct the remaining 75% of fat cells will get bigger or the fat will go elsewhere and make your arms fatter. You need to know that you will not see any immediate cm loss. It takes fat cells long to die. I have ladies expecting to come out like models because another salon promoted it like that. That means you have not done your own research.

- I ask you to make a change each week to your eating, or excercising or lifestyle. If I ask you to split Fat Freezing treatments it is to monitor your eating as Fat Freezing needs you to change the way you eat including & this applies to all other treatments.
- You can, however, do these treatments with any other diet plan that you know works for you eg Keto, Banting etc but I will not monitor to you on that plan.
- I work with small behaviourial changes in your food and lifestyle per week. if I ask you to change something in a week - it is usually one small thing so I expect you to work hard to try and do it. EG I will ask you to increase your water to 1.5 - 2 Litres . Then you must start the following day to do it and maintain and keep doing it.
- I can see in your results if you are following my instructions at home so keep perservering.

- If you are alcohol dependant, you are going to battle to lose fat and/or weight. Alcohol has a huge amount of calories which I will ask you to reduce and control your intake. So if you cannot socialise or restrict alcohol at dinner or on weekends or are in an environment where your family is not supportive of your weight loss, you are going to battle with all these programmes. So I would suggest you book ONE SESSION at a time and do not buy a package.
- If you feel your eating is linked to emotional problems or anxiety, stress then going to see a professional is really the best thing to do. You may develop an eating disorder due to unresolved issues from your past or traumatic experiences or extreme stress on a daily basis. Many disorders eg binge eating disorder are related to emotional and mental issues which can be resolved with psychiatric help. Going to a professional can help you and you may find the actual reason you are eating too much is unresolved problems in your life.
- I have a long list of ladies wanting help, so don't start any program if you know your heart is not in it. You will tell me the treatment is not working but in fact I don't have your commitment at home. I cannot control what you eat at home and I need you to work with me.
